  • Comprehensive Site Visit & Soil Assessment: This crucial first step involves detailed site investigations, including digging test pits to analyze soil profiles and percolation characteristics, essential for determining system suitability and type.  

  • Daily Design Flow (DDF) & System Sizing: We accurately calculate your property's wastewater load to ensure the system is appropriately sized for current and future needs, based on information you provide.  

  • Customized System Design & Specifications: Based on the site assessment and DDF, we design the optimal wastewater system (Type 1 and 2), utilizing appropriate technology and components. This includes the preparation of detailed Design Drawings & Specifications.  

  • Regulatory Compliance & Filing: All designs strictly adhere to the BC Sewerage System Regulation (SSR) and Standard Practice Manual (SPM V3). We prepare and submit all necessary Filing documents to the Interior Health Authority on your behalf.
