Our capabilities stem from a unique blend of extensive practical experience and advanced academic and professional credentials. Our ROWP team holds certifications as both Planners and Installers, enabling us to provide cohesive, expert oversight from project inception through completion.
Ralph Savage – Over 30 Years of Field Experience: Ralph has over three decades of direct, hands-on experience in the Okanagan. He designs, installs, and maintains septic systems for all types of local conditions. His practical knowledge ensures our solutions are effective and built to last.
Laen Savage – Advanced Wastewater Technology: Laen adds 8 years of experience from municipal wastewater treatment operations. He holds a Diploma in Water Treatment Engineering Technology and a Level 4 EOCP certification in Wastewater Treatment. This background allows us to apply modern wastewater science to system design, troubleshooting, and best practices.
